How it Works
Join a team - play for Coach Laura or bring your own team and earn points for your team when you complete your daily HABITS!
The 5 Habits
EXERCISE
Earn 10 points each day for doing your workout! Do your own workouts or use the workout program included with your registration! Any 30+ minute workout counts.
NUTRITION
Earn 10 points each day for complying with the nutrition requirements! The nutrition habit focuses on eating mostly whole foods and easily adapts to be vegan, keto, low-carb, intermittent fasting, or any other dietary philosopy!
WATER
Earn 10 points each day for drinking half your bodyweight
in ounces!
TRASH TALK
Earn 10 points each day for posting or commenting in the game's Facebook group! While humor is encouraged, it's not required. Participating in the group is key! Come for the accountability, stay for the new friendships!
FREE HABIT
Earn 10 points each day for practicing an extra
FREE HABIT of your choice!
It can be anything you want to start or stop doing!
Oooh, but you don't only get points.....
