I’m the new coach in the Get Fit Done game! I joined GET FIT DONE because I believe Laura's philosophy: there's tremendous power and joy in social connection, teamwork, friendly competition, and humor. GET FIT DONE is unlike any other challenge, and shockingly easy to get RESULTS! In addition to workouts that will get you fit AF (sorry for the naughty letters), this game has strategy, community and fun!
And honestly? If it ain't fun, we ain't gonna do it.
I have 20+ years of experience working as a coach, personal trainer, educator, public speaker and improviser!

My approach is simple. First, we do what is NECESSARY. The basics: get moving, restart good habits, reconnect with friends and relearn how to have fun.

Then we do what is POSSIBLE... maintain positive habits, make small improvements, build the mental/physical/emotional engine.

Soon you will be crushing goals you thought were IMPOSSIBLE. Anything and everything from changing your body composition, to finishing a 5k, to completing a triathlon, to hiking the Grand Canyon with your kiddos.
