Remote training does not include one-on-one time with me, which is where the cost comes in. Instead, with these services, I create customized workout programming based on your fitness goals, your current health, your strengths and weaknesses, and your likes and dislikes.

  • Track your progress in the Workout Workbook as you cycle through the program and do a bit more each time

  • Occasional check-ins via text, messenger, or email to help you stay accountable

  • Short Video Demos for every exercise for help with proper form

  • Instructions for making the exercises and workouts easier or harder, so you can adapt them as needed and grow the program as you get stronger!

This is on-going personal training without the need to meet in person or on Zoom!  

 

I design and assign workouts, you do them. You report what you do in the Workout Workbook, and I adapt your programming as often as needed

to keep you on track to meet your goals!
